Clean room.

It was excellent

Location and pricing We noticed that the shower and the sink would not drain properly. We also noticed that there was a small area on the ceiling that had black mold on it. We also noticed that the thermostat was not working on the AC because it ran continuously. We had to manually turn it off occasionally. We reported it to the front desk upon our departure. Room 110. The staff was very friendly and understanding.

This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Corpus Christi. From the east of checking in with very friendly customer service making fast and welcoming. After checking went down to the bar and Jenn was amazing. Very good customer service and very welcoming. Overall a great experience. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The facility was good the bad thing was that the pool was not that clean it had really cloudy water, I waited about 20 minutes for someone to help me at the Starbucks and Bistro and the prices were not friendly. The room that I had reserved I did not get it

I liked the location. The first clerk tried giving me and my 6'3 son a queen room with a sofa bed...I had booked several weeks prior and had booked two queens. The other clerk on duty looked and was able to accommodate my actual booking. The first clerk was being lazy about it. The machine was broken at Starbucks to be able to get a coffee in the morning.
