The staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable

The gravy for the biscuits was home made and had sausage in it, she kept thighs fresh and made small amounts at a time so they wouldn’t be dry, delicious waffles. Most of all, the lady cook it was friendly and worked fast at bringing food out. The location is good right off the highway It was unsanitary. There was a bug in my bathtub, , no phone in the room, bad smell, tv didn’t work, dirt in top and inside of the coffee maker, toilet overflooded, no bathmat

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Our room was very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with pots,pans and dishes to cook a meal. The bathroom shower has great water pressure flow and they supply shampoo, body wash and conditioner. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

What I liked most about the Staybridge Suites Corpus Christi was the spacious size of the room. I also liked the convenient location, with many shops, restaurants, and other businesses nearby. The manager was very kind, attentive, and genuinely concerned about making sure everything was taken care of. There were also a few things that I did not like. I was disappointed that all the rooms only have queen-size beds. During breakfast, the hot water dispenser was broken and did not work properly. Also, when we requested fresh towels, they were not delivered, and we had to go back to the front desk to request them again. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Very good experience

I did not like that I reserved a room with two beds and when I got there there were two other families waiting for a room like mine and they did not have any due to them overbooking and I didn’t have a choice but to get a one bed room because there were no other vacancies in other hotels around that area. It was very unfortunate because I did like the place but management was not good at all.
