Very nice, clean rooms, different menu for breakfast every day.

We arrived on Friday Sep 25 for a concert in Corpus. I booked room through Hotels.com. No where did it say the hotel was under renovation. Trash piled up outside in the parking lot in parking spaces. Machinery blocking parking spaces. The drain in the tub was stopped up and would take so long for the water to drain. Front desk was nice. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

The beds were confortable and the coffee was great We were planning to check out at 12:00am because that was what it said I n the booking app, but good thing I asked the receptionist to make sure, turns out the check out time is 11:00am. Not sure who needs to fix this to prevent costumers from getting charged a late fee for checking out late. I even showed the receptionist but said it wasn’t their fault, I’m sure We would’ve gotten charged a late fee from her attitude so We hurried up to check out on time.

So I always stay at a Hampton inn wherever I am. I had asked for 3 rooms on the 2nd floor, we got 3 rooms on the 3rd floor. My room didn't have ac so they switched my room. The second one had wet stains all over the ceiling like there was a leak at one point. . One of the other rooms had dry blood on the pillow case and no water pressure for the shower. It was a nightmare.. I wont be staying at that location anymore. Very upset. I paid alot of money for all 3 rooms.

Staff was very kind. Construction going on for remodeling, so a little mess. Still had a good stay.

The property is under construction however staff was very nice. We had a slight issue with the room but it was resolved quickly. Annette treated us very well.

The breakfast was not up to standard. Dining was crowded because of construction. Entrance was blocked for our vehicle. Part of front desk area was blocked off. We had no notice of construction.. Hampton Inn said their website had notices posted. They would not give me a discount because I booked through a third party (you). You also failed to advise me of construction. See above.

The breakfast was good,they did allow a couple to have their dog in the dining room which was odd, they were in the middle of painting the exterior of the building, it didn't affect our stay at all they were very nice. Our bathroom did have a little bit of mold on the ceiling but not bad, also there were random boot prints on the ceiling which we thought was hilarious. Overall we loved our stay there will stay again.

Parking lot could have been a bit bigger although they were painting the outside of the hotel and the painters took up a lot of the parking spots.

We told the front desk that the A/C was not cooling in our room and they moved us to another room right away with no problems. Everyone was very helpful and nice.
