The location Nothing

Expedia to get the credit back to my card. This was a terrible experience! The fire alarm went off five separate times for no reason!! I do not recommend this hotel!

The location of this hotel is amazing! The hotel was very welcoming, comfy, and clean. The breakfast options were also delicious and convenient. We will definitely consider booking this hotel again.

Exceptional

It’s pet friendly

The room was okay, but the bathroom had hair everywhere.

Very clean and quiet.

Just great. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Close to the places we wanted to go to Pool

Pool

1) Property allows pets and obviously one had an accident in the elevator. Alerted the night staff member who was not appreciative to know. 2) Room was NOT clean, sticky candy on the floor, dirty bathroom floors, bugs in the refrigerator. Property did not look like it was regularly cleaned, common rooms, hallways, etc. 3) Bedding was not comfortable, pillows hard and staff stated they could not offer alternatives. 4) A/C is loud, so plan to not hear the TV or turn off the AC and enjoy a musty room. Will not be back again.

Clean The room smelled

Only negative was they ran out of certain breakfast foods. Only was left with waffle and bacon nothing else

Exceptional

there were several options for breakfast. our room was clean and fresh, and had everything we needed! we brought our dog, and there were no issues with that. the grounds were a little spent, but it was 4th of July weekend, everything looks a little dead. i think thats the only thing i could actually complain about; everything else was clean and satisfactory.

It was very nice and clean but my room smelled like the carpet has gotten wet too many times. I had to ask the front desk attendant to spray my room with febreze. She was very helpful and accommodating and I would stay again but I don’t want to chance that I get a smelly room. I go to corpus weekly for work and need to find a dependable hotel

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff!

The place had a horrible smell, non working elevators, and the rooms weren’t clean… the pool and breakfast were nice but not worth how horribly kept the place is
