Everything is excellent

The room was clean. The staff was not very helpful. Had issues with my Expedia, reservation said. My card was declined on my $100 deposit. So gave him another card, said the same thing. I think it's on their end and their issue. Then, we get a call around midnight. Let us know that the card hadnot gone through Expedia had sent the bad credit card credit number and they couldn't run it. I had to go downstairs, half asleep. Pay the the fee. Yes, not a good experience.

Clean nice, had amazing breakfast. Rooms were very big.

Great location

Disappointed with the indoor pool. Before booking the stay, I checked onlune if the pool was heated. Comments were that it was. Upon arrival, I found out the pool was not heated; the room was, but not the pool. Also, very disappointed with the level Hyatt Place is at compared to years ago. I had the same problem with Hyatt Place in San Antonio where I stayed at in August. Bathroom age is showing in the room. Hallways (San Antonio and Corpus Christi) smelled like dogs. No more real plates and utensils (San Antonio and Corpus Christi). All disposable paper and plastic things!!

Room clean but smelled like mold

The hotel was close to where I needed to be. ROACHES and I was trapped in the elevator. I absolutely did not like that as. you can imagine.

Yes. The place is not maintained well. One of the two elevators was out of order, their ice machine was out of order, there was no vending machines, they charged double what a convenience store would charge for their drinks.

Friendly front desk staff, but kitchen was NOT ready for breakfast. Hotel was packed and both mornings, breakfast staff was slow and couldn’t keep up with the crowd. Both days each hot item would run out and take another 15-20 minutes to prep (never at the same time so some people on had 1 or two hot items to choose from).

Room was ok, but air conditioning was too loud. Elevator did not work for entire stay. It advertised pet friendly, but there is a $75 non disclosed charge.. The breakfast is horrible. Not enough coffee, not enough bread. The toaster did not work. I would say not worth your money.

1 El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones terrible.Un ruido que no deja dormir y cuando se apaga un calor enorme. 2-Un solo elevador funcionando. 3- El desayuno muy poco variable y la fila para esperar es enorme.Se demoran en rellenar los dispensadores y todo roto.Y no vas a tener lugar para sentarte a desayunar. 4-Las máquinas de hielo ninguna funciona , los dispensadores de agua no funcionan. 5-Las habitaciones son de un tamaño razonable pero al menos en mi habitación la puerta del Baño no cerraba. Conclusiones antes de reservar mira por el área otra opción.Hay muchos más hoteles por el área.

The rooms were dirty under the beds. Showered were nasty. I wore sandals to shower. Water pressure was poor. The coffee machine had old grounds that created mold and was never cleaned. One of the elevators didn’t work. Breakfast area was small and minimal seating

The place is very nice and clean. When we first arrived, the AC in our room wasn’t working, but the staff quickly moved us to a different room, which was very nice and comfortable. The location is also great—close to the main street and within walking distance of lots of places to eat. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

This place was comfortable and pretty quiet, nothing too fancy and no complaints, pool was nice did have sand in it but it’s not expected when the beach is right there. Has food places all around it. Beach is 15 min drive . Family of 5 enjoyed

I was very disappointed about this place. The room smells so bad, like someone has smoked in it. The room smell like a seward. I has stayed in many Holidays Inn, but this one is the worst.

It was a very nice hotel with a nice indoor pool. Good breakfast . The only bad thing was the elevator messed up when I was leaving and had to use the stairs to get all my luggage down from the 4th floor:) I was not happy but besides that everything was good.

The room was okay, staff were friendly! Breakfast was terrible.....
