I found a dead cockroach in the bathroom Over all one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

Great location. Awesome staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Quit location.

The beds were comfortable and the room exceeded our expectations. We only slept there and took advantage of the breakfast. We slept wonderfully. While we visit frequently, this was our first time at this hotel. We will definitely consider returning.

We also enjoyed that it was very easy to get into and out of the hotel, which was surprising with it being right on the feeder.

Overall, this hotel is good, as part of the Marriott group. However, the mattress was too firm for me. The room also had a chlorine-cleaner smell. The breakfast is basic. I'm not sure I would stay next time.

A few things could use a little repair and touching up here and there but the staff was great. Room was quiet and we weren’t able to hear any neighbors which was nice. Restaurants close by too.

The kitchenettes are useful, but something often seems to be missing, such as cups, pans, or other basic items. There is also a separate daily parking fee, which seems unnecessary considering guests are simply using the hotel’s existing parking lot. Breakfast is extremely disappointing and probably a 1 out of 5. The selection is very limited and often looks like very little effort was put into it. I would recommend bringing your own food or eating elsewhere. The laundry has also been a problem. Over multiple stays during the past several months, the washers have been out of service every time. During our latest stay, the freezer in our room started making loud random noises close to midnight. Friends traveling with us had an even worse experience. They had to be moved through four rooms because of missing advertised amenities, a toilet that did not work, and other room issues. After finally getting settled, they also found cockroaches in the room. The property has good potential, but maintenance, cleanliness, room preparation, and advertised amenities need much more attention.

Our stay was fine but wasnt told about a parking fee and was charged for it. So that was disappointing.

We had to wait for 2 rooms 2 hours after check in time, because of staff shortages. I was disappointed because of having to try to to resolve issues with a third party. I want to recognize a outstanding employee by the name of Kimberly. She may my stay a great experience. Her warmth and attentive service to ours needs made us feel welcomed.. and her breakfast was delicious.
