Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa Orange County by IHG

Friendly staff. Good bacon. Pancakes were rubbery.

They helped me by allowing the usage of business room prior to my check in time.

Customer service sucked….

Overall, a good experience.

Having to pay for parking was not expected or ideal. Should always be apart of the stay.

Good job.

The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was great I originally asked for a 1 pm check-in time we arrived at 1:30 and was told that a room was still being prepared by housekeeping — we would definitely be called up from the waiting area before 3 pm . At 3 we hadn’t been called there was a line of 10 people. People who came long after us were being check-in I summoned the manager who immediately checked us in . The woman manning the check in desk the afternoon of 9/26 was very unhelpful and curt with us

Exceptional

Superb

Very good

First floor visibility to pedestrians.

Bed was great, shower was awesome, AC worked very well, the breakfast was sub par in terms of quality.

Exceptional

Outdated, no attractions near by and definitely we stayed with the exact same cost in a much nicer hotel (Hyatt Regency) Cleaning upon request and not scheduled on a regular basis. So if you went out without asking for cleaning it will not happen. No complimentary water bottles as all hotels I stayed in offer that. They sell a water bottle $8

This is my new Go-To hotel whenever I’m in Orange County….Great staff, cozy room and perfect location(near mall, restaurants & easy access to freeway)..Highly recommend!

Ok

Happy hour at the bar, would've loved to know you could have drinks taken to you at the pool. Hot tub was nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was a good size. I couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature of the shower. But my spouse thought it was glorious because he figured it out and loved the rain showerhead.

Also our room was big and we had a nice bathroom. The whole room was very clean. We had breakfast in the morning. The staff were excellent. They took care of all of our needs with a smile and very kind. The breakfast was good as well.

The facility is very good maintenance clean top to bottom the staff very friendly close to many diverse places to have a good time including beaches

No security lock on the door for a ground level room. Not the cleanest.
