Place was nice just had a horrible experience with the night shift front desk attendant. And the next morning with the groundskeeper. Just absolutely rude people.

Rooms clean Staff lazy. Hot tub is in a different building and out of order. Breakfast was mediocre.

We appreciated the cleanliness and the really extensive free breakfast. We didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan- very steamy. The room itself was oddly damp feeling even though the AC was cranking and the room was plenty cool. I had a difficult time sleeping because of the oddly wet air.

The room was clean and comfortable but the lotion was empty or the pump was broken, the toilet lever was loose, and the room had a connecting door to the room next door, and I could hear every voice, television show, and toilet flush. Completely different than my experience last week at the same hotel.

Room was clean. Bathroom sink was stopped up but informed front desk and maintenance came and fixed it. Would stay there again.

The staff were great. Our handicap room was great except there was a terrible wet smell in it. My socks felt damp on the carpet. It was hard to keep the room cool enough

Mattress is REALLY HARD so had pressure points all night. Very little sleep. Won’t be staying there again.
