Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Council Bluffs I-29 by IHG

Convenient the location The hot tub was very disappointed that’s one reason why I choose this hotel

Everything else besides the pillows The new style pillows are not comfy the old style pillows was better and more comfy and supporting during sleep.

Cool that it’s next to a casino. I didn’t go but I imagine someone will appreciate that. Got to see my first blood moon out the window of the very nice view they have. Parking was easy and accessible,

Good breakfast and a good dinner in the sports bar. Friendly staff and helpful.

It was a bed for the evening! Didn’t explore anything

Please, please fix the tv in the fitness room!!!!

Seems pretty new. It's connected to a casino. Mostly quiet though. The a/c was louder than I would like. Breakfast was better than most breakfast buffets. Scones and bacon go a long way

Superb

Easy to get in and out of,

Exceptional

There was so many issues with noise complaints of people outside and in the hallways. I had to contact IHG corporate because the staff on property became annoyed with me for just making a noise complaint. This went on for about 3 and a half hours before the noise was under control.

Close to various attractions

Very good

Stay was pretty okay. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest and there wasn't any good TV channels. But it was connected to a casino and a bar with good food. Staff was the best part of the stay. Never had a hotel willing to take you anywhere, anytime within 5 miles of the hotel. Even just for snacks.

loved the pool outdoor area and the vibe was very chill

Way too many customers for the staff. The poor woman couldn’t possibly keep up. More food, more staff

That it had a restaurant and casino attached.

Exceptional

I really don't know much about this place. We showed up after 7 PM. Parking lot was full and the casino next door made it even more busy. We parked out in the boonies. We got in late and left right after breakfast. so this was just a place to sleep and have a cheap breakfast, and yes it was basic and bland.

Staff was extremely helpful
