Comfort Inn Crystal Lake - Algonquin

Everything

Hotel well maintained and clean. Good location. Plentiful breakfast. Only issue I have had on multiple occasions is I was given key to occupied room. That's a problem.

The bathroom door would not shut and the light switch is outside the room, so it wakes up the occupants at night. This is an annoying feature. Low water pressure,. Beds are not comfortable. Th e room has been redone, you can tell. It does have a nice couch in it. It is too bad it was not worth the money in the long run.

Very good

I gave all bad ratings because I was told to go ahead and pay for 4 nights but there wouldn’t be any trouble checking out early. I wasn’t told about any cancellation fee that could be applied. Neither was I told what booking.com would do. Will never recommend this hotel or booking. Com again.

Everything Nothing

.

On the positive side, the breakfast had several options, and the bed was comfortable.

Got there to check in at 3:15 and room wasn't ready. They said 10 minutes, but we go to the room and the house keepers said 30 minutes. We had plans by 3:30, so we had to leave after checked in.

Terrible.

Staff was not helpful with a late checking. Next day we asked for a late checkout and front desk said yes. Before our checkout was up another staff member asked us to checkout and we weren't authorized.

Clean inside and out, with spacious rooms. Nothing

Quiet for sleeping. Other guests were very nice. Used pool and got breakfast downstairs Stronger water pressure in the shower

Superb

The floor in room dirty. Didn't get.the rooms style we booked. After checking in went to room but some one else was in room.

Good experience

The complementary breakfast was very nice. My only complaint was how thin the walls are. We were in a connecting room and I could hear my neighbors entire phone conversation with someone.

Passable

Despite what the booking sites say, this place DOES have a working indoor pool. I so wish I could remember the Gem at the front desk who checked me in, she honestly was amazing and saaaaved me from a booking mistake but also, had great customer service which seems to only exist in the luxury lifestyle these days. Easy parking. Convenient area

Goodnppqce to stay the only critique would be to update the amenities akq... Vending machines to accept wireless payments. They are cash only.
