Every thing Pool could be a little warmer water

Location The room was at the back of the hotel, it was very noisy, bins being emptied at 05.30 am every morning and car's doing doughnuts very late Saturday night at the car park at the back. Also, air conditioning units outside below are very noisy. We stayed for 12 nights, and the room/bathroom was never cleaned, and only once did we get clean linen. Cleaner wanted to come in at 08.30am the day before we were to leave. Breakfast was poor. The room was dark and dinghy and needed a coat of paint and a good clean, sweet rapper behind the sofa and cobwebs on the insides of windows.

Staff was very nice! Pool was absolutely disgusting. Whole place felt pretty dirty.

The staff was excellent. Prepared for arrival and check in. The breakfast was adequate, and the dining room clean. The location was perfect for our needs.

This hotel was clean and had everything you need. Could use some updating with their peeling office chairs and lights but that’s all cosmetic. The staff were warm and accommodating.

The room was clean, and it was a good location for my needs. The evening staff was extremely helpful when I asked about the heat/ cooling system. However when I went to take a shower there was no body wash and there was no cold water pressure at all--- of course I didn't know when I was until I was actually in the shower!!!! When I told the front desk morning person upon check out the clerk seemed like it wasn't a big deal and never even took down the room number- no compensation was offered. I was disappointed.

Although a little outdated, I had a nice stay. Clean room, cute little pool and fitness area. Decent free breakfast. Mattress was a little hard for my liking.

Great location near Pingree Road station. The hotel is in a quiet location set back from the two close major roads. The room met expectations, and I feel that it was a good value. The room was tired, some furniture was worn, and a few things were a bit dirty. The shower fixtures, while functional, were loose and needed maintenance.

Clean room...very quiet even tho we were near the elevator..good beds and plenty of pillows and towels.Only drawback was sofa sleeper..there were 3 of us so one had to use it...I know they're notoriously uncomfortable and this was true..it wasn't a deal breaker.Great breakfast and wonderful coffee.

The beds and bedding were very comfortable! Staff was very nice. Grateful that you had some kind of breakfast. Glad you had some good tea bags. The second night our key cards had been shut off. The bathroom sink faucets were backwards. Hot out of the cold faucet, etc. The continental breakfast was not good. Rubbery eggs, no individual fruit or yogurt.

The only nice thing about this place was the location. The place is absolutely disgusting. The rooms smell like stale smoke, the lobby smells like someone was smoking weed in the office. I know a dispensary is near by but it literally smells like it’s at the front desk. The TV is lower than the bed. The bedsheets had some kind of stain on it. . If anyone wants to make a lot of money put a real hotel up in Crystal Lake, there’s no competition. This place should be bulldozed.

The room had a humidity issue with the AC on, extremely humid the Livingroom at entrance with ceiling fan on and with optional fan on with the switch on inside the door, and sofa old and soiled very bad looking

Our room was very clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good.

An over night stay in Crystal Lake before our big move to the East coast. Very good breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice location. Room is clean & spacious. Good parking. It was a beautiful last night stay in Crysal Lake after living there for 4 years.
