I definitely recommend going to this hotel if you have a concert at the American Airlines Center! You less then 10 minutes away, your right off the highway, you aren’t too far from food places/stores, and it’s actually pretty quiet in that area!

I booked a room through booking.com for 4 and I payed extra for breakfast just to be told that me and my friends couldn’t all eat breakfast

I tried to request multiple times for extra towels due to my kids used a lot of towels after they used the pool. They never give us an extra towels.

wasn't aware of Breakfast. Your staff was helpful if we needed things for the room. Bath sink area too small and closet in area no door.

Accidentally left my 5 year old daughter’s pillow in the room. Easy grab it and call me situation. I call them every weekday the following week (even though they told me repeatedly they’d call me back in a few minutes or the next morning) only to get strung along and then told they didn’t find it. A pillow.

The hotel was clean, but had a bad smell as soon as we walked inside. Check in staff were nice & friendly. We stayed in a suite. The bed was so uncomfortable and the bedding wasn’t soft at all. I woke up with the stiffest back. 😢
