Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Market Center

The property was ok, besides the construction. But we kept getting woke up by everyone running up and down the halls talking real loud, laughing and knocking on everyone’s door till about 3am in the morning. I won’t be staying there ever again.

Pleasant

They were obviously going thru renovations during the stay, but the hot water out on my room everyday during the morning and evening. It eventually worked though but wasted a lot of water. The internet also went out repeatedly and made working difficult.

Very good

Property is under construction. Would only recommend if looking for cheap and convenient place to stay. No amenities other than free breakfast

they are in the middle of a renovation.

Location Water took forever to get hot in shower and the tub had rust in it. They are remodeling which is very much needed because the rooms are very much outdated.

I didn't get to eat breakfast Construction going on, but it was still pleasant

Exceptional

receptionist super nice .clean

Everything was great they had a little renovation going on to the front desk but they had it secured that's free and staff and hotel was excellent Nothing at all everything was a go

The staff The construction, but it really wasn’t too bad

Perfect location easy in and out

Great stay for work or pleasure!

No free breakfast

The property was nice, the hot tub was not working which is why I rated amenities liw.

Very good

I believe there was mold in the hotel because we stayed sick after the pipe burst. We are home dealing with sinus infections. We like the servers in the cafeteria area. They were especially nice and pleasant. We asked for towels from the front desk and we never got them. The staff was negative and someones vehicles got broken into which made us feel unsafe. We believe someone had gone into our room while we were gone because things were out of place.

The was some loud noice every time the AC turned on and a Constant loud noice outside our window like a system for the hotel this was day and night the water was off for about an hour. The tub was dirty

They had renovations going on but did not create any issue
