The room looked bigger in the pictures and some furniture could have been cleaner. Overall, it was quiet but, it was a bit of a let down for my expectations.
-
Great hotel for staying close to everything downtown Dallas.
-
The entire staff was great. Whoever the manager is hired quality people and trained them well. Special shout out to Alex who was the late night shift reception person. We get up very early [5:00 a.m.] and she was extremely bubbly, printed our daily puzzles our for us etc. Same with early morning kitchen staff…..who got us coffee before restaurant opened…..as the coffee was made already.

Staff muy amable

The balcony was nice, but it had no chairs or tables to sit on. I will not book here again for the price and there were 00 amenities.
-
Clean. Breakfast is a plus.
-
Staff was excellent! Bathroom was too small and walls seemed paper thin. You could hear everything going on in the next room. Front desk got me to a room that was a little more quiet.

This hotel was an affordable option in Dallas. The room was comfy and spacious and the hotel was in a good location. There is a venue across the street so was a bit loud at night, and the last night I was woken up by some partying in the room next door. The pool was nice, looks much better in the photos, and was a bit warm when I visited.

Pool was disgusting there was a snot looking foam floating in it. Cleaning lady cleaned our room and threw away our items while we were still checked in. Everything is outdated. Staff was just hanging out during breakfast sitting in back decided to not eat there after standing there. This is by far the worst Double tree by Hilton we have stayed in and we’ve stayed in several. Really disappointed and will never return

Convenient location for nearby music venues!
-
Room was very clean and staff were very helpful and accommodating. The complimentary warm cookies at check in are also amazing!
-
very old, broken fixtures in the bathroom. carpet was dirty, did not want walk on it bare foot. Front desk person at night was rude in answering questions.
-
Great hotel , however we have to pay to park there ?? Should be included with our stay . Its $20 parking.
-
The first room had no hot water. The second room had no working air conditioning. And last, but certainly not least, we woke up to a huge cockroach in the bathroom of our third room. This was supposed to be a special weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and unfortunately, these repeated issues really put a damper on the experience. Having to pack up and move rooms multiple times in one night was already frustrating, but waking up to a cockroach was the final straw. We expected much better from a DoubleTree property. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst DoubleTree experience we’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this location based on our stay.

The location was good and the beds were comfortable The pool filter wasn’t working properly so there was a lot of debris in the pool. And because the high way is close there was a lot of dust collecting on our things at the pool

Great stay! I recommend…….

Liked the location. Bar help was very accommodating but the pool was not at pictures. It was August!! Change carpet in rooms - gross
-
The staff was horrible. The waitress at the bar and the lady for morning check out both were extremely rude. I visit Dallas twice a month and will not be back to this establishment.

I don't want to write a review.

What I didn't like was the smell of dirty bathrooms in the reception area; in fact, they were very dirty, and the odor was very unpleasant upon entering.
