great location and hotel for business trip!

I was charged a deposit fee but never received a receipt; I was also charged $200 for the valet service—which I paid to the staff on-site—and made purchases in the room, yet nothing was properly recorded. I never got a receipt; it’s so unfair—terrible service.

Overall the property is fantastic. Perfect location and friendly staff. We did have a small issue with the faucet coming out of the sink and broke while we were using it this morning.
-
restaurant wasn’t open, so there was no Rte service or breakfast several days

This is ridiculous and should be handled accordingly.

Check-in is at 3:00, and our room was not ready until after 5:00. We were told they were sold out the night prior, and that the hold-up was due to having only one housekeeping staff member for the entire hotel. Hotel guests still have to pay for pool access. The staff at the pool bar were rude (except the check-in attendant), and it took 47 minutes exactly to get our $75 disco ball drink, after getting out of the pool TWICE to go inside and check on it. There was only one server when we dined at the restaurant that night, and he was taking orders, making drinks, running food, and joked that he was the busboy as well. The food was delicious, but it was annoying to wait so long for drinks. Otherwise, the property was clean, and our room was great.

The food menu was pretty bad overall everything else was amazing

The perfect place to celebrate a birthday! We booked a cabana and a room, and everything went so smoothly. All of my guests were able to enter the pool area without any issues, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We had an amazing time, and I will definitely be celebrating here again!

When we arrived for market, the AC was out on the bottom floor. We were told it was temporary. We later found out upon checkout that the AC had been out for more than 3 weeks. In triple digit heat, this is extremely brutal for the staff. This affected the front desk, coffee shop, bar and restaurant. First night. Our rooms were nice. Clean. Love the floor plan. We were staying on different floors. Yet, on both floors our ice machine was out of order. In the morning, we had cold showers. Ugh. Second night. My room kept getting hotter and hotter. I realized the AC was out. I called down and was immediately moved to a suite, which was phenomenal. Gorgeous room. Definitely didn’t expect this and appreciated this!!! So as I write this… it just appears as though not enough is being done to maintain this hotel. We’ve decided not to stay again when we return to market in January.

Fortunately the AC in our room and the fitness center was working. The room was very nice and the pool club was great as well. The valet staff and shuttle were great as well.

If I compare this to the New York location, I can only say that they look and feel the same, but that the New York location actually works and the layout and services are better
