Element by Marriott Dallas Downtown East

Parking was an extra 25$ to keep your car outside in a filthy lot in a seemingly an unsafe area. Most importantly our quite expensive room smelled like cat urine. I’ve had much nicer for half the price.

We were in Dallas for medical care and Baylor Scott white. Nice they had a breakfast. Met our needs for the reason of our stay.

Staff was very friendly and room was very clean and well kept

I stayed at this hotel a few months ago and the notorious surge pricing was excessive.

I’m such a foodie that nearby local eateries were in short distance of the hotel. The room was adequate to our liking and enjoyed our stay. Great staff as well.

The TV was awful, it seemed like it was going out, it was so dark you couldn't see it, had to shut off all of the lights to see anything.. I tell the lady at the front desk when I was checking out that I think that it needs to be replaced.. she said she will have someone look at it. Other than that everything was nice.. we were in route 502

Our original room had ants in the bed. When we called the desk, they upgraded our room but the guy seemed genuinely mad about it. The bed was comfortable and the suite was very nice but that guy kind of ruined it. Its not our fault there were ants in the bed.

I booked the hotel. They’re Booking.com and thought I had paid for everything. Once I got there, they charged multiple other fees that were not disclosed in the initial booking of the hotel. The sheets were also not clean, the TV in the room did not work, and the AC unit was incredibly loud.
