Holiday Inn Dallas Market Ctr Love Field by IHG

Breakfast was fair but it would be better if you served beaf and Pork instead of both pork dishes. Some guests do not consume pork products

No frills, but actually, much better than I had feared, Nice bedding comfortable soft mattress. Missed not having a breakfast bar. Good location to Love Field airport and the provided shuttle transportation to the airport.

Superb

There's a restaurant that items at 5.

Very good

The staff was friendly, check in was super fast , room was very clean and up to standards my only issue was that some of the plugs were very loose or simply didn’t work

The noise from the freeway was so loud all night. The hotel is right next to you. Our outlets in our room between the two beds did not work.

Sidnee at the desk was a rock star. Biggest complaints were: Not located near anything, computer was not working, and the price was too high (we were stranded by the airlines).

Exceptional

Price Too noisy. Traffic from outside was LOUD!!

Always welcoming and efficient

Everyone up front was super helpful and friendly. Except one woman with the long black hair. I don’t know what her position is but I don’t think she should working in the front where she needs to interact with guests. She has such a bad attitude and talks down to people like she’s the law. She needs to watch the way she speaks to guests. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone one day smacks her as her. Besides that troll everyone else is delightful and cheerful.

Convenient property close to Love Field and easy connection for early morning flight. Older property next to a busy highway so probably best for business or overnight stay before a flight not really to relax.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a night in Dallas.

Breakfast was amazing and the service was excellent. My 5 yr old daughter and I really enjoyed it.

No complimentary breakfast. Took 15 minutes to find it via Google maps. Older property in a shaky area.

Exceptional

Great hostess

Disappointing

Very helpful staff. Amazingly, everyone is willing to help. Clean rooms and all around. I am impressed. I encourage everyone to book your stay today for the same experience
