Wingate by Wyndham Dallas Love Field

Disappointing

The Property was Dated and had a slight Bad Oder. The Beds were pretty well Worn. Breakfast was Ok but again area not real clean. Shuttle to Airport was Nice!!!

Room was not very clean. The bed had blood stains on the mattress under the bedcover. My pillow was stained, even on the pillow case. The hot tub did not work. The whole first floor smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. The bed was extremely hard. I would not stay here again.

Staff was great and the breakfast was very good.

I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the lobby and room was. Considering that this was a last-minute booking for me, and a low-cost one, I expected some dust or grime and saw none in my room. Also didn't smell any cig smoke which has been a theme in recent hotel bookings for me, so that was especially pleasant. The property was quiet at night, it's easily accessible from the freeway, and super well-located. Breakfast was good and staff was nearby replenishing food frequently. I also really appreciate being allowed to check-in at 2pm. If I had to nitpick, I'd say there was some trash right over the fence around the parking lot. That's more a reflection on the people using the parking lot, but I can see some people finding that off-putting.

Convenient stay. Close to everything. Staff always helpful.

I have stayed several times over the years because it is close to the airport and the rate is good. The property could definitely use some updating however with stains on the furniture, and messy leak repairs on the ceiling of the top floor. The two ice machines I attempted during the stay never worked, and the property was very hot, I'm not sure if the a/c was broken or just set to 80. Staff was friendly however

Good

Very good

Only one elevator worked. Both ice machines on the third floor were not working.

My truck was stolen from the parking lot. The staff helped and pulled up security cameras but they only had one camera angle and you couldn’t see much from it.

Do not stay here

Superb

The staff was super nice and enjoyable. The room had a musty smell. The construction made it inconvenient. However there is a back way to get there.

The whole second floor smelled like weed. Used bandages on the elevator floor. Holes in the ceiling. Red stains all over the curtains. Looked like the bathroom door might had been kicked in previously. The hotel was sketchy. I was with my daughter and mother and would not stay there ever again.

The room was humed because the AC was leaking and the bathroom was dirty

Bad

It was really nice

Needs to be dusted and cleaned properly

The hotel was nice just a little outdated could use a remodeling, none of the icemakers were working, the only plus was that we had a room with a jetted tub.
