Easy access to the interstate The bed was hard as a rock

I also had an issue with the bathroom door being locked, and we had to figure out a way to unlock it ourselves. I tried contacting management multiple times, but the manager was not answering the phone for his staff.When I finally spoke with the new management on 9/30/2026 4 days after our stay I was told that because the power was only out for about 30–40 minutes, they could only accommodate me $10. Considering the spoiled milk, the inconvenience, and having small children with us, I did not feel that adequately addressed the situation. The staff was not necessarily rude, but the lack of communication and management being unavailable when we needed assistance was disappointing. I understand that power outages can happen, but having someone available to help guests—especially when there are safety or essential needs involved—would have made a big difference.

Breakfast burnt or not available. Juice was watered down. Elevators are a hazard and are eventually going to hurt someone

Coffee ran out fast and wasn't refilled. Wasn't that big of a deal though. Everything else was wonderful. Nothing.

Some of the parking lot lights were out, causing some dark areas, and my truck was broken into an items were stolen from it. I have a claim with the hotel, but I do not know what the outcome will be yet.

Disappointing

Absolutely nothing It is infested with enormous roaches. I could not sleep nor eat in this filthy place. Then they do nothing to accommodate the problems. Roaches were everywhere.

It was very near to the venue we were visiting. Room was ready by the time we git to the hotel. The front desk employees were nice and friendly. The property itself looks rundown, specially the entrance, lobby and main areas. There is no restaurant on the facilities.

The staff was very helpful and amazing. I enjoyed my stay fully The dryer didn't work but the front desk lady put our clothes in the employee dryer for us

The staff were friendly, helpful with tourists ideas and overall good customer service. It took time to replenish breakfast.

Hotel check in was easy and smooth. Room had a weird smell. Big roach came out of air conditioner. Pull out bed had trash on it and grass.

The room was clean, good location to where I needed to good. I was in town for the Riverfront Jazz Festival
