Not only was the ice machine broken it was not easily accessible.

The room was beyond excellent. Looks brand new.

When we checked in, we had just arrived from out of town and were excited because we were attending a concert that evening. One of the employees made a comment to me saying, “Why are you so happy?” which I took as sarcastic and unwelcoming. Check-in also took an unusually long time. I was also charged for parking, which I found unusual because this hotel was not in a downtown area and there was no parking garage. I was given a diamond reserved parking space, but when I returned from the concert, two spaces were occupied. There were not even reserved parking signs on the vehicles so I had to park much farther away. The problems continued the following morning. I had requested a late checkout for 12PM for both of my rooms, and I also had a Do Not Disturb sign on my door. Despite this, hotel staff began knocking on my door around 8:00–9:00 AM, waking me up. I had already had a terrible night because the air conditioning in the room was not working properly and the room never felt cold. On top of that, the guest above me was repeatedly stomping and pounding on the floor throughout the night, which kept me awake. I called the front desk and explained that I could not sleep because of the noise. I was told that someone would notify the guests upstairs. I went downstairs around 12 PM, I was understandably ery upset.

Staff was great, parking lot was well lit

Our room was clean and very nice. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t make it to eat breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking fee.

Loved our stay here compared to others in the area. New, clean and very functional for short or long term stay. Suite includes plenty of space to work including a movable table, couch and a mini kitchen with dishes and a good size fridge and sink, microwave and dishwasher. Everything worked great and enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Will be staying here again.

Clean property, kitchenette was well stocked . No pots but other items that could be used with microwave when preparing food.Apartment size fridge. Paying for parking . The area that breakfast is served in was smaller if 4 people were in the space it felt crowded.
