Staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was fairly good for a hotel breakfast only thing was since the location is right along the highway, there was a LOT of car noise so it made sleeping difficult

We stayed here because it was close to UTSW Medical Center. It was very convenient. We felt very safe here, even though the gated parking made us think about the location at first. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is that the breakfast could be a little better, maybe pancakes or waffles. I would definitely stay here again.

Gated hotel and close to AAC for events. Staff were great! Floors and walls are thin enough to hear people next to your room and people walking above you.

We found this hotel to be a nice place to stay. The staff, amenities, & cleanliness were great. My only drawback was that I didn’t expect it to be in the less than desirable neighborhood. I was a bit uneasy leaving my car overnight when I never saw the security gate closed for the parking lot. It may have been closed at some point but I left very early this morning & it was open. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel.

Traffic noise because so close (which I chose) to freeway. Staff very friendly. Room door stuck so as a senior was somewhat a challenge at times to open.

The gate going in and out, the breakfast was good, the staff were excellent, the room was clean Smelled strongly of cigarettes, when checking in staff late at night was smoking in the front. Halls smelled strongly of cigarettes

The airport shuttle runa daily not only week days as states in confirmation states

Loved the gated parking lot. Felt extra safe leaving my vehicle in a new city.
