Comfort Inn & Suites Dallas Medical - Market Center

It wasn’t bad - room was up to date but stark. Suited my needs for one evening. Didn’t use the pool or services. Weekday breakfast ends at 9 so did not have the chance to have it as I got up too late to make it.

Hot tub not working, when told it was. Place smelled of pot throughout. My sheets dirty. Breakfast cold.

Great stay. Inexpensive and convenient.

La habitación estaba cómoda y limpia , pero el loby tenía muy mal olor , un olor desagradable , era insoportable .

Elevators need help rooms in need of new or deep clean of carpet and and minor repairs in bathrooms

Room was big not far from downtown Main areas could be a bit cleaner our room was clean for the most part but smelt horrible. I even ordered a glad plug in that’s how bag it was.

Location to everything was great. The taco place next to the hotel saved the stay.. Cleanliness, the pool was not open, outdated. For $130/night I expected better value. Aside from the pics of the outside the pics do not reflect the actual look. I didn't take pics but the shower, bathroom sinks, floor, furniture was outdated. Comfortable beds but some linens and towels were also not clean. I woud pay $75 to stay here not $130.

When we gotnin to the hotel that night and the clerk told it was $100 for incidentals and I said isn't that kind of hugh and the response was, "Well the area isn't the best so we had to up it because we were havingbso many problems with rooms trashed." Then we got upstairs to the room and it smelt musty so I then noticed a sign on the back of the door stating something about anythjng burnt in the room or burns of furniture would be liable by the customer which was a very big tell tell sign for me that they have drug users probably staying in the room. Needless to say it didnt make me feel very safe.

Breakfast & location okay. But very noisy & uncomfortable beds. Beds could be better & too noisy - loud cars & unloading freight at nite

Good My discount

Passable

Room was comfortable but it was a little noisy outside. Location is very convenient and everything is close by.

The clerk was super sweet and helpful. Breakfast was good wish they had other meat options besides sausage. Room was great temperature and comfortable always a pleasant

The room smells, the bed and the pillow smells like they never change. Outside a lot of homeless during the night. It’s not safe and also the dirty elevator. They give me $60 fee for a cancellation on my booking. They charge a lot and it’s not even clean hotel, don’t believed with there pictures and rating.
