My stay was good. No issues with the room. However, after I checked out I received an email that I was charged for valet parking and I DIDN'T HAVE A CAR WITH ME.

The room was great but the toilet wouldn’t flush spoke to the front desk about it they sent maintenance while we were out. We were told it was fixed. It was not we had to go to the lobby all night to use the restroom

This place was amazing. The staff was super helpful. They even helped us by recommending places to eat and those were spot on! The valet employees were super nice and helped us unload and load the vehicle and always spoke! The room was super nice and clean. Always had a fresh smell. The bathroom was well maintained. The towels and sheets were clean with no random stains. The kitchen area was clean and all the dishes were clean. The washer and dryers were also nice to have and the area was clean as well. If I have 1 negative it’s that the tissue box in the bathroom needs to be removed and placed somewhere else in the room. The tissues inside were damp and had a dirt like smell on further inspection we found the actual tissue box to be damp and also had a dirt like smell.

Loved the room. Was like a small apartment, didnt feel like a regular hotel room. Was very clean and spacious.

The staff was very welcoming, Robert was great! The walls were very thin. I could hear the people talking in the next room as if they were in my room. Its a very old building converted into a hotel. They butted the wall up to a shared window and I don't know if that is why I could hear them. I know people in other reviews complained about the unhoused. There were unhoused people in the area but they didn't bother us.

Room was great! Plenty of room, high ceilings , full kitchen. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was one of the best we have had as free breakfasts go. Will definitely stay here again .

Good value, nice room, nice pool, but location a bit off, can be somewhat inconvenient late at night

The staff were great except one person. She wasn’t bad but just not as enthusiasm to help. Everyone from the top manager to breakfast staff were incredible, super kind and very eager to help. All 5 days stay were nice. Great room and amenities. Will be my hotel of choice going forward. My room was spacious and cozy! I truly enjoyed my stay!

Location is great for drivers a lot of parking space. Not the best for those walking since distances in DT Dallas are huge. There's a small order restaurant. Breakfast was good .

Best stay I've had out of town in a while.

The rooms were pretty clean to my satisfaction, and the staff were super friendly and told us about all the attractions around ! Breakfast was pretty great , had lots of options to choose from and the breakfast cooks were so friendly as well! My only complaint would’ve been parking ! If I would’ve know beforehand that I had to also pay for parking even tho I’m staying at the hotel , I would’ve definitely chose somewhere else! We spent 60$ in just parking alone. Definitely would have been nice if they offered free parking in the parking garage if you paid to stay in the hotel.
