Location was excellent. Access to the parking was excellent. Room was clean with an ocean view, a door to open to a small balcony. Check in and out easy. The bathroom was very small. Breakfast was average. Amenities very limited.

Absolutely perfect for our needs. We just needed a place for one night before taking the ferry the next day. Comfortable bed, easy check-in, parking. Simple breakfast. Very clean.

Easy surf hotel by the beach

Good staff, very attentive - had to use duct tape on the TV to make it work lol! We were upgraded to the 3rd floor with an ocean view, very nice. However, the upgrade included a jetted tub in the room. We are seniors, so thumbs down for that. We would’ve preferred a sofa to sit on instead. Breakfast was missing muffins. All in all, it was okay.

Easy access and well equipped room and the easy parking Staff very friendly One can see that the place needs an upgrade especially outside.. The rail nearby can give some vibrations in the room .. but the train comes by only few times

The property was in good shape for the most part. The patio door would stick probably due to moisture expanding the door. Also, there was some water damage to the bottom of the door frame in the bathroom. I know from my own experience that if the bathroom door frame is not sealed, bugs would love to make a home there with the added moisture from the shower.

The room was older and a little scuffed. HOWEVER it was clean and the staff were excellent hosts. We would stay there again.

Our room was big and very clean. There is plenty of guest parking under the hotel and an elevator to get to all 3 floors. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Lacks a swimming pool (our fault for poor research) Shower floor was slippery. Breakfast food was barely mediocre.

the view was very nice. A restaurant on site or in close proximity would have been a bonus.

Worst experience ever would give zero stars if I could. We were driving 7 hours after a wedding to get there I called ahead said I would be there between 5-6am to check in. Got there and the nightly auditor canceled my reservation at 5am. Had to spend 200 more at a different hotel to be able to sleep. Also don’t come on a truck the parking situation is horrible.
