Wood floor were filthy. Brand new white sock turn black.
-
The room was clean. The staff was pleasant.
-
Place was ~fine~

parking spaces were tight and perhaps not enough room for all guests. The room I had was chilly and the heating did not work, the best I could get the temperature to was 66 degrees. second, why no clock for a three star property? Really?
-
fire alarm went off 600am, come to find out it was a false alarm. Went to check paperwork was messed up

Rooms were nice. Good bartender

Terrible customer service!
-
It’s close to the capitol theater in downtown Davenport!

The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The hotel is walking distance to LaCaire Park. The hotel, buckets everywhere for rain leaks, water dripping in dining area & self serve coffee area, the fountain water stunk, no vending machines, and high cost of fluids & snacks at corner store. The rooms weren't as clean as I'd like, but those maids & most staff looked to be working their butts off, maybe short staffed?

Everything

Rooms were noisy, cable kept going out, shower water distribution was exceptionally slow taking a long time to complete.
-
Hopefully their maintenance and updates will make this a more comfortable stay. The water leaking from the ceiling and very humid room were topped off by paper thin walls and the neighbors alarm and snooze from 5:30a-7a.

Will not stay again.

Overall it was good and close to downtown. Water bottles were only for star members. The little fridge was not very cold and the toilet didn’t flush well, but staff were responsive and the room was clean. We did get woke up early at 6:30 by the fire alarm, which was cleared, but good to know it works!

Very clean Website on booking said breakfast included, its not. Guy at front desk by himself, took about 15 minutes to check in, even though I was 45 minutes past check in time

Room was pretty clean except for desk chair. It had to be 50 years old and was stained badley from age. It also sat very close to floor. I went to sit down and about fell on floor. There was no other chair for us to sit on, just the bed. There were no washcloths, only towels. Water pressure in shower was very low. As for building upkeep, there were several water leaks in the lobby and bar area. The 2 gentlemen that checked us in and out were very nice.

Horrible lighting in the room. Our bedding was damp on arrival. The door wouldn’t stay closed so there was noise all night.

I love the location of this hotel. Parking is easy and inexpensive. It is very nice hotel -- but WHY do all hotel rooms have to be gray or tan? Can't they have some color in the rooms? Also would be nice if there were steps in the main area (where the elevators are) so you could just walk down steps to the main area for drinks or coffee or the pool. What a pain to have to wait for an elevator each time.
