Comfortable room Had to pay for breakfast that was lukewarm. Not worth the price.

The ventilation in the room was very good. Most hotel rooms we stay in have unacceptable CO2 levels, indicating bad ventilation. Yours was good. Also, we arrived way early before our check-in time, but the receptionist got us a room right away.

Quiet rooms; didn't hear the neighbors. Good cleaning staff.

There was a bad storm, and it rained causing my room to flood. I had an item on the floor from my suitcase, and the floor had gotten so saturated that it whipped up into all of my clothes requiring me to do a sudden clothes wash prior to an engagement that I had early that morning. I had reported this to the hotel staff and yet when I returned from my event, nothing had been done. My room smelled terrible. Everything was still wet all over the floors. The bed had not been made. There was no attempt to clean it up. I was then moved to another room later in the evening, which was a very, very filthy and I will attach pictures of the tub that had what appeared to be black mold in it. I did report this to the hotel management, however due to the fact that I have delightfully booked on Hotels.com there was a very limited things they could do about this. I’m sure hotel is very happy to help me with this horrible experience.

A wonderful place

The beds were really hard to sleep on. I woke up in the middle of the night hurting because it was so hard.

The room was very clean and quiet, the staff warm and helpful, the breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast and incredibly inexpensive. We travel through the midwest a fair amount and I don't know of any hotel that is such a bargain.

Coffee in the large pot was horrible! But it was caffeine. Restaurant breakfast excellent. Waitress was very efficient. Clean room. Mattress starting to be dated.

Nothing Location was sketchy

We had an issue with our first room and didn’t really want to change rooms but we did and it went smoothly.

No water in the room , no breakfast

Friendly efficient staff, beautiful spacious room that was very clean, and well appointed. Great sitting areas for pre-dinner gathering, and only 2 blocks from Circa 21 Dinner Theatre (our reason for visiting Rock Island.
