Most days, there was no one at front desk, ever...but a sign saying they were "helping another guest"? and no way to get someones attention...you had to stand there until someone came out. The first morning I went down to breakfast, the sausage patties were floating in water??? (not appetizing) Getting off on elevator on 2 (where my room was) the hall carpet was dirty (stains on carpet)and it looked like it was never vacuumed. The room where the linen shoot was, the door was propped open everyday and there was a small bag of trashed loose trash, that remained the 6 days I stayed. Air conditioner never worked properly, even after manager checked it

Will definitely make this location a regular stop on future trips.

The breakfast was very good with many choices. The tub/shower had what appeared to be red mold. The bathroom floor had what appears to be black mold in the corner.

The front desk was rude

Breakfast was ok,pool was nice, staff was ok Housekeeping came by only one time our whole stay.. keys barely worked, had to move rooms upon stay due to potential bed bugs, towels piling in the bathroom, people stomping all night.. we were put in a room next to the ice machine where people were constantly getting ice at 3am.. it was an ok stay. Not the worst, not the best.

The parking area felt safe and our car was secure. The breakfast was decent and had a good variety of things to choose from. The floor was quiet. We checked in late after a long day driving and when we opened the door, a strong mold smell greeted us. We immediately called the front desk and were told that they couldn’t switch our room because the property was sold out but they would come up and spray a deodorizing spray. By the morning, the spray had worn off and the smell was still there. We shared our experience the next morning with the front desk and while the clerk was polite and understanding, no resolution was suggested and we left. We are staying elsewhere tonight.

Room was large and the breakfast was excellent Bathroom sink didn't drain properly. It was brought to the attention of the front desk 3 different times and the problem was never fixed.

Passable
-
Bath tub had rust stains& tub needs to be glazed
-
pool closed for maintenance on a holiday weekend.

It was just old and dirty! Pool was out of order.

This a stop for the night, not a place to stay for any length of time. Tiles were loose in the bathroom, the shower curtain had burn marks on it, and the carpets were sticky. Ok for a guy used to Red Roof Inn, not great for a family. Disappointingly the pool was closed "for maintenance."

The location and parking was fantastic. There was a McDonald’s, additional restaurant, and gas station all within a 5 minute walk. The lobby and common area were very organized and well kept especially during the breakfast rush. During the rush the staff was restocking and maintaining the area with much attention, outside of this my friends and I experience was horrible. My friends and I (a group of 4) booked this hotel because its location to the Ohio Ren fest. We drove in two separate cars so me and my one other friend arrived first and the booking was under my name. When we arrived there was two attendants at the desk, one who was the lead the other one who appeared to be in training. We check in and there is problems right out the gate with the one in training telling me the charge won’t go through. For reference we already paid for the hotel so I’m not sure what the charge was as there was no mention of a late check in fee and they didn’t provide an explanation. So I pay $20.00 the on the same card that was on file and then my friend and I head to the room. When we arrived at our room, it was just one big king bed (NOT WHAT WE BOOKED) so I check my reservation just in case we made a hiccup, the answer is we did not. So head down to the front desk to change the room for the one we paid more money for. I arrive and state very politely, “hey we booked a room with two beds and we only have one, could we possibly get the room that we booked as there is going to be four of us?”. The person in training is very willing to help but the lead is micromanaging her and takes over. The lead pulls the reservation up on the computer and says “you are booked for one room” with tone and attitude so I rebuttal and say “no, I have the reservation right here if you want to take a look” in which the lead disregards and says “well we are almost booked out for the night so we cant switch you”. In my head I’m thinking one of those rooms in ours so I would like what we booked for. The person who is being trained steps in and says I can bring you a roll out bed which I agree to because we are college students who can’t afford to go get another hotel room last minute. The roll out bed takes nearly 2 hours to arrive in which they bring it and it’s a single bed…naturally. ALSO our window was cracked in our hotel so it was HOT. Did I mention the mold?

It was convenient to everything. The remote on the TV didn’t work. Could not download netflix. And the pool was unavailable for over 3 days. That is part of the main service. Internet was also down for a day.

Issues with ac not functioning properly. Front desk showed no interest in helping. Everything is outdated. Shower wouldn’t drain. Wouldn’t recommend!

Enjoyed my three night stay. Friendly staff and safe atmosphere
