My wife and enjoyed our stay, super nice people, rooms are restored beautifully, clean, comfortable and very roomy. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and highly recommended it.

The hotel is old & reasonably priced, but it needed some updating or TLC. The restaurant was closed. If you don't mind that, it was quiet and positioned in the heart of walking around historic Deadwood. The parking was convenient also.

Historic hotel, super friendly staff, and a great location. The bed was shopworn with noticeable indentations and uneven surface. Probably due for replacement. Made for less than ideal sleep. Bath towels run towards the small size and a little scratchy.

This hotel building was really cool. The room felt small for an extended stay, but the tall ceilings and tall windows helped make the room feel bigger. Staff were very friendly and helpful. EVERYTHING! We love this historic hotel! The location is perfect! A block off main street. It's so easy to get all over. Free parking in their lot! They greet you at the door and help you unload even if need be! Coffee (very good coffee)and pop in the lobby. Small breakfast treats ( toast. Bagels. Yogurts. Fruit) so friendly & helpful. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms with fridge and microwave hair dryer and toiletries. Even the towels smell good! Lol A pizza place on site certain days, too. Reasonably priced! A hidden gem! We go about every year & this is our #1 pick for accommodations! No complaints what so ever!
