Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel

Great location next to 16th street mall. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Loved our stay. The foldout sofa was really uncomfortable but everything else was great!

The room was supposed to have a king bed but it was only a double. Having to pay for parking as a hotel guest is absurd not to mention expensive.

Toilet flushing is so dam loud. No microwaves

The main shower head did not work properly and was stuck on pulsating instead of a normal spray. It was incredibly difficult to switch back and forth from the handheld shower to the main shower. Temperature was difficult to regulate.

It was an overall great experience.

Beautiful, clean, big comfy room. Came for a rest with friends after a wild wedding weekend. There was a huge event going on in the lobby - so loud- displaced front desk area, very disruptive. Very large property so had many LONG walks to room, pool, make shift front desk. Just not for me

The pool can get crowded quickly but it is very nice, there is a game room and pool bar. It is on the fifth floor of the hotel, outdoors. There are restaurants in cocktail bars in the lobby which are very convenient. The room itself left much to be desired. RV was a ladder and HVAC unit. It was not cleaned very thoroughly and there were areas even on the second day that we noted as still being dirty. The door was a serious issue it was extremely difficult to open and would not close unless you put your weight into it. We had to shove our shoulders in to open the door and do the same in order to close it which posed a safety concern. There is a nice club lounge in the lobby which you have access to if you are a Marriott member. There are several meeting rooms in the lobby that can be rented for a fee. Overall everyone is pretty friendly. Convenient location.

I will never stay in this hotel again.

The property was centrally located in downtown Denver, which made it convenient to walk up and down the 16th St. mall. Although the property was kept clean, it is quite dated with few amenities.

Very fancy, clean and well kept The temp in the room very humid and either too hot or too cold . Also some staff was not very helpful

The staff was wonderful. The room was way beyond expectations.

The restaurant Bezel was the highlight of number trip, great drinks. The pool are was overly crowded, but the views were great.
