Dirty, rooms were run down, staff didnt help when asked for things at front deck

My granddaughter liked the pool I talked to him twice about my TV. The only thing you could do is change the channel you can’t turn it off or anything so it was on all night one night and then the next night I had to unplug it they never came down to help me with it I talked to them twice about it.

Spa and workout room out of service. They feature water park with big slides. We never seen the 2 big slides open. Was told because they didn't have enough life guards. Everyone was very friendly, but was not kept up properly.

Black mold everywhere in the bathroom
-
Honestly nothing. There is mold everywhere! In the shower, on the walls, on the bed skirts, the bathrooms where very slippery. There was rat dropping everywhere! And mice! It smelled terrible ! Super humid !I was moved 2 times and all the rooms 1st and second floor were all the same, the the hallways were gross the elevators were gross. Would never recommend this for anyone.

Tv took over an hour to start working and people were extremely loud after ten pm

I am extremely sadden to rate this so low. We have been going for years and this sadly, will be out last. The hotel needs upgraded desperately. It is falling apart. Leaking roof making the floors flood. The rooms are falling apart as well. For what you pay it's not worth it anymore. The breakfast is cereal, apples, oranges, hotel waffle maker and yogurt. The staff is truly phenomenal and does try to go above an beyond but I feel the spend the entire time fixing what's wrong. They need more support for the owners by them doing a major repair.

Horrible

It's was ok centrally located The beds were small and there was a short circuit in the room and the lamps were rusty. Front desk was told they acomadated the price. But the quality of the room was low.
-
Nothing. There was holes in the ceiling. There was mold in the rooms. Security tries to kick you out on false accusations and brings the police in and the police tell them it’s false. Their breakfast is the same every morning no options or different breakfasts.

Enjoyed the stay, kids had fun in water park .

We did end up leaving a night early because of several reasons: 1. Our room was continually wet, all services were very damp because of the humidity of the water park. I had to put down towels on all surfaces. 2. I have been sick from what we believe is mold/mildew in the room and/or from the venting. 3. We did not sleep well on Friday night because of the young children running around loudly outside of our doors. 4. On Saturday the water park was full to overflowing! It was insanely loud and very rough. I would not have wanted our young grandchildren to be in any of the pool areas. It was loud enough until early morning outside of our doors the night before so we made the decision to leave early evening on Saturday. The pizza from the restaurant was good, we were very happy with it and felt that the price was fair. We were grateful that we were able to utilize the pool on Friday evening. Because of the dampness in the rooms, the loud guests until early in the morning, and how busy it became on Saturday evening at the pool I can say that none of the parties from our 3 rooms will be back and will have to be honest if anyone asks us about our experience.

The pool area looked great but the room was not clean and very noisy next to the freeway.

Staff was nowhere to be found throughout the entire night. Gross dirty rooms. Wet carpeted water park? Dirty exterior and interior. Everything from the 70s or 80s. I tried to contact management during my horrible stay, and still haven't heard back.
