Super clean and convenient. Smooth check-in and Okay breakfast. Will frequent the property again.

Great location. Ideal place to stay/ sleep for a show at Allstate arena.

The room was just perfect. Putting the door card to activate the lights The door card to activate the lights.

Exceptional

Good hotel near ORD, nice beds, good for an overnight

The staff was very nice and efficient. It's a modern facility and the location is easy to find. It's a pleasant, new place, but I guess I didn't like the 'new style', no closets, no coffee maker in the room, no hangers, just hooks, no microwave. It's fine for most people, it's just not my style. There is an overpowering antiseptic/ugh smell when you walk into the entrance. It's very off-putting. Also, the toilet in the bathroom didn't work properly. In order to leave the hotel, you have to make a U-turn on Touhy which is a little awkward.

Superb

Staff let us check in very early which was great. Thank you 🙂 Breakfast was small but good. We were there for a concert at the Allstate Arena and the location was perfect - venue was just across the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Superb

Clean and staff was very...

Good location close to the airport and a strip mall.

Free Breakfast….. you get what you pay for

The breakfast was very good and freshly stocked up. Staff assisted us with our needs in our room. Good coffee! There were concerns but nothing that would impact our decision about staying there again.

Very quiet. Good sleep. Helpful maid service found my retainers and put them aside for me to pick up. Only downside is that they do not have a shuttle to pick up at O'Hare. That adds $20 to the cost of the room.

Good
