Hyatt Place Chicago/O'Hare Airport

Walk-in shower in bathroom and friendly kitchen-like atmoshere in breakfast food area. No, pedestrian crossing to the restaurants across Mannheim Rd so we had to pay $5 for an UBER to cross the street to eat there. Maybe there could be an option for a shuttle drop-off when required.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms and plenty of amenities. Breakfast was small but good too

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Chicago/O'Hare Airport and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was very good, and the overall service was excellent.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was very professional, nice and friendly. The only issue I had was there were no microwaves in the rooms. There was no way to heat up my food. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay

My experience was very good. I found the staff friendly. Proximity to O’Hare airport was perfect. The buffet was clean and well attended. Very quiet.

The airport transportation was good except it only came to airport every 40 minutes so you had to be lucky to catch it . Like the reservation system for return to airport. We were hoping for a hot tub and got a cool swimming pool. We had been traveling for a couple of weeks and the breakfast was the worse we experienced. Very little selection . Omelets that tasted like they were made with powdered eggs. Would not stay or recommend this hotel

Had to find a hotel close to the airport when our flight was cancelled. This was less than 10 minutes from the airport. Room was very nice, clean bathroom and had a bar to watch the game and have some dinner..and they provided transportation to the airport in the morning..

Close to airport…..had airport shuttle service…..nice lounge/bar

Was only there for a quick night stay before flying out but the hotel was clean, people were nice, and the shuttle was quick and convenient.

Nothing to write home about. Room had several maintenance items that needed attention. Coming from building maintenance myself as my career, there were obvious things that have been overlooked. Overall pleased with the quietness of the room and the breakfast was pretty average with other hotel chains.
