The hotel its self was nice but when you got in the room it was old and had a smell. The chrome fixtures in the bathroom were rusted and dirty there were stains on the tile in the bathroom shower curtain was dirty. Pillows were hard and had a smell too them

Clean, good food, friendly staff.

AC was completely busted. We complained, someone came to fix it and a couple of hours later, it was up to 76 degrees. Only two outlets worked in the entire room. Would not recommend.

The hotel was overbooked. They placed us in a different room than we intended to reserve, which made the bed situation not ideal. Thankfully the rest of our family was there and we could utilize space in other rooms. The next day as we were leaving for a family lunch, they called to inform us that we have 15 minutes to get out of the current room because they needed it and our original room was ready. They were extremely rude about it, this was not our problem. This caused us to be almost 45 minutes late for our lunch. The ripple effect was that we were in town for a wedding and were actually late to the ceremony because of the shifting of rooms. The hotel manager assured us that our weekend would be comped, however upon checkout the next day, he only comped one day. Even the front desk was shocked by this as they heard him tell us that our room would be on the house for all the inconvenience. The moving ultimately wasn't the issue, it was the way the situation was handled and how we were treated and lied to in order to get us out of that room. The property itself is run down, lots of stains on the carpet, dents in the walls, and the breakfast is 2/10. There were two front desk workers who were genuinely pleasant and helped look for solutions, but ultimately didn't have the authorization to help.

I really enjoyed the fact there was a living room, along with a separate bedroom. Felt very spacious. The first floor layout was very spacious as well and inviting! We definitely will be back again. Many kids running around unattended by their parents. I don't directly blame the management for this as it is more of a parental issue.

Perfect stay! Room was clean and beautiful!
-
Decent stay. The hotel needs updated. No smart TV’s in the room. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and breakfast was great.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, neat, and well maintained. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices, and the location was perfect for our cross-country trip. We would definitely stay here again!
-
Loved the free drinks (2) and snacks per person between 5:30-7PM, and the free breakfast and parking! Would definitely stay here again!
-
The staff, particularly at the reception, was rather unfriendly and unhelpful. They also charge a parking fee for paid guests, which should either be included with the stay (it’s a giant parking lot) or included in the room fee.

The room and hotel were extremely nice. We will definitely be back!

Was not expecting it to be so large but it really wowed us walking into the large common area with the high ceiling and view of all the levels. Room was spacious and I loved that the bedroom was separate by a door so we could relax after our daughter went to bed without worrying about waking her up. Liked the “wet bar” area of the room. Loved having 2 tvs so my daughter could watch something while I watched news. Loved the bar and restaurant in the hotel, food was good and nice to unwind with a drink and not have to drive back. Bed was comfortable. And the complimentary breakfast was a several steps above the usual continental breakfast. Also the rooms are well insulated from each other I did not hear the rooms around us at all. And only faintly heard the lobby. Had to pay extra $10 for parking. Door to the room and door separating the bedroom both stuck and had to give them a shove to close and open. Room was a little warm and air conditioning took a while to make the room comfortable for sleeping. 1 tv had a line of pixels dead. What I assume were makeup smudges left in bathroom.
