Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Columbus - Dublin

Staff was friendly and helpful. Tv didnt work well. She fixed it once and then it stopped working again. Beds were not comfortable and water didnt get hot.

UNIT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SMOKE FREE, BUT WAS CLEARLY SMOKED IN PRIOR TO MY STAY AND THE SMOKE DETECTOR BATTERY LATCH WAS OPENED AND NO BATTERY IN IT.

Good value and location

Comfortable, Friendly staff, Excellent rooms and super pet Friendly!

In my previous stays at this property my room and trash had been cleaned daily. This last stay my room was never cleaned and no clean towels or ever brought either. I have stayed at this property several times in the last couple of months and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had Thank you Aj Laque

Very Nice and helpful Receptionist !

Exceptional

I also didnt have a garbage can in my room. No one came to fix anything my first night. I had to go back the next day and ask for both to be fixed. The lady the next day was so much nicer.

I've stayed here a few times. I'm a cheap solo traveler. My ratings have been 1 - 4 stars. The property is behind on maintenance. It is a bit of a crap shoot how well maintained the rooms are. This time I won.

At one point I thought she would become physical with her verbal assaults. Very unprofessional .

It's close to the 270, very convenient It was good for what I needed

Great parking air conditioning clean room staff

Bad smell on rooms. Disssapointed.

Staff was as helpful as could be and changed out all linens but it was a no go after that.

This was my third stay here and everytime before this is one was a pretty good stay! I thought i had found a nice, CLEAN, and ducked off spot for when I want to get away from home for a little bit . We'll this stay I found MULTIPLE COCKROACHES in the room i was staying. I Know from personal experience how hard those things are to get rid of and they are DISGUSTING! I will never stay here again and I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Front desk was very helpful accommodating me for a room on the first floor and close to the office since I’m handicapped. R.K.

I liked everything!

Property was just ok. It was a little tired - however inexpensive for Dublin Oh

Overall poor maintenace. Door lock was askew, air conditioner had no control knobs, toilet rocked on its mounting, vanity light didn’t work and hand soap was empty.

Rooms are clean and it was quiet. Exactly what we needed
