Great place i would recommend this place.

This establishment has not done any updates since I stayed here over 10 years ago. A remodel is much needed. Very old and outdated. Sad. Elevator needs repair as it squeaks and doors take awhile to open. The price per night doesn’t match the experience. Yikes. The continental breakfast needs help. That was one of the reasons we stayed before but has lost its personal touch.

Nice hot breakfast. Loved sitting on the patio in the evenings. The fire was a nice added touch. We will be back.

Room had a slight chemical smell - maybe the floor cleaner used? And breakfast was not the best, but the location is great, the lobby is beautiful and the lakeside is amazing.

We have stayed here several times. I love the location, convenient parking, beautiful fireplace in the lobby with comfy furniture. Coffee and water always available in the lobby is a nice touch. Good breakfast too.

The breakfast was good. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.If you ask the desk there are free s’mores kits that you can get. Roasted marshmallows was a great surprise treat to have at the fire pit at the patio. There are also discounts on tickets for local attractions at the desk. The staff were very friendly and professional. The location is also great so I could walk to many shops/restaurants/attractions. Overall I loved my stay and if I am ever in Duluth again I would like to stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful and in the perfect location. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of everything that you could need including shopping, food, and slighting.
