everything have met all our expectations

We love the suites and how convenient it is to canal street. It’s a perfect place to stay with kids and we love they have a kiddie pool for our youngest. The staff are always great and helpful too!

We enjoy staying at the Suites

Great location nice breakfast. Staff was grear.

Had an issue our 1st night with a couple fighting in the hallway at 4 in the morning.

2 entry doors into room was less than ideal. I didn't like that room had no window. 3rd shift desk lady was friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenaties.

My only complaint: The guest directory is a QR code. I don't have a problem with that, but it should have been on the coffee table or something becaise we didnt find it until the second day over by the tv.

Great stay. Great everything. Close to everything. It was so nice having a full size fridge. And staff were very sweet and helpful.

We could not figure out how to use the air conditioner in the room. We eventually figured it out at 1am

Boiler went out..no hot water for showers.

Great location. Window broken so very noisy

We had to switch rooms because our room was very cold, and we didn’t have any hot water. The second room only had enough hot water for one shower. There was a light on only one side of the bed. The bedroom was very dark.

Quickly corrected a double billing.

We were delighted with everything about our stay. Though we didn’t use the cooking facilities in our room, they would’ve been adequate and we wanted to. My husband loved the sauna and the hot tub! Breakfast was typical nice breakfast. Was evident that this was an old hotel that had a lot of history and we appreciated that. Lots to do within walking distance. Investigation.
