Stayed here for the QC Marathon - convenient location and super nice and spacious. Staff were really helpful and kind when my room wasn't ready by 3.

Loved the ninth floor bar with a view. Room was spacious in bed was very comfortable. So happy to hear they had shuttles to and from the arena for the concert we were attending.

the room was up to expectations. Breakfast was hot and fresh and had everything we needed. overall, we had a great stay with no complaints.

Not a single complaint. Always love staying at the Hyatt regardless of location. Clean, respectful, at a respectable rate.

This hotel has Direct TV. Direct TV does not carry FOX due to a contract dispute. The night of our stay was a football game on FOX (We are season holders for Missouri and Missouri was playing. Thus we couldn’t see the game.) So, if you are into sports, like football, there is a good chance you aren’t going to see some games at the hotel.

I had to reschedule one night of a cross-country road trip and we wound up here. I hadn't paid much attention to the location and amenities, and we were thrilled to discover the 9th-floor restaurant. We had wonderful cocktails and snacks while watching the sun set over the Mississippi -- a really great stay! Breakfast was also decent, parking was easy.

Extremely clean hotel with very helpful staff. The breakfast was top notch and very good. The parking lot was very well lit and safe. It was full but that is to be expected with the quality of the hotel.
