Very good

Room was well kept up and clean. Good amount of toiletries and safe, quiet room. Difficult to get to due to road construction. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is beautiful, only two things I would change. The bathroom lighting sucks. I as a female was trying to get ready for an event. The lighting is so dim, I did not know if I would look like a clown or the walking dead after applying my makeup and doing my hair. You cannot see. the other item I was really disappointed in was the restaurant on the 9th floor needs some that can cook. A person looks forward to fine dining which you DO NOT have. The meals were not good. We had talk with others that were staying and also locals, we all have the same opinion really bad. Your wait staff was excellent to bad the food is SOOOOOOOOOO bad

The best hotel in the area. Clean, welcoming and great complimentary breakfast.

The location was very close to the Rust Belt venue where we attended an event as well as Jennie’s Boxcar Restaurant which was wonderful! Front desk receptionist Emily was very friendly, check in was easy. The road construction to get to hotel is a bit of a pain but not the hotel’s issue.
