Good location and comfortable bed

Had a really nice stay, was there only over night but everything was good.

The staff was friendlier than base expectaction and it felt sincere. The breakfast was ready and out 10 min early, which was delightful for someone with an early day, and the dining area staff was absolutely delightful and helpful. We were waiting until the official breakfast start time, but she invited us right in and insisted we get started. Her great attitude set the tone. The room was very clean, the stay quiet. We enjoyed the pool as well. Free parking, free breakfast, lovely staff, great price - what is not to like? A few things are showing wear here and there, but not in a way that affects cleanliness or your ability to use them whatsoever.

Alexis Rassi is one of the best people I have ever dealt with in the hotel business. Very professional and personable. See was awesome. No one picked up our dirty towels and emptied trash in our room after the first day. The people at the checking counter gave us clean towels.
-
They had the friendliest staff. Everyone I came in contact went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The hotel was clean and my kids loved the fresh cookies and cucumber water at the front!
-
Nice place, clean and staff was friendly. had coffee brewing early. over very happy with my stay!

The location to the hospital was the only good thing about this hotel. It is nothing special. Whiskers in my sink. Drywall had fallen in front of my door overnight. Holes in the carpet. Noisy. Near an interstate and it is very loud. Only a couple of working channels on the television. The breakfast was not appetizing. Eggs floating in water. The sausage was white so I am guessing it was freezer burned. Some of the yogurt was out of date.

The front desk staff were all so nice and personable. They asked how our day was and congratulated the players arriving after winning their softball game. Hallie in the breakfast bar was sweet as pie and so attentive. The exercise facility was sufficient and the pool and hot tub were acceptable too. The breakfast had great variety daily as well as varied day to day. Smells good, clean, great shower head and the beds were comfortable. The only minor issue is the doors all shut loud even when you try to quietly close them. We have recently been booked at some really terrible properties and this one was such a breath of fresh air (literally and figuratively)

Room was clean and nice bed was uncomfortable everything else was excellent.
-
Good breakfast The hot tub needs to be fixed, been like that for over five years
-
Breakfast was excellent, decent choice of foods, although waffles were rotten WiFi was very poor, no place to print from computer, and location was tucked behind big box stores.
-
We had an overall good stay overnight. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Their breakfast food offerings could be improved.

The stay was very enjoyable considering the situation. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The pool was assessable but the jacuzzi was not. The breakfast was good.

The hotel it’s self was really nice and rooms very spacious. My autistic son loved playing in the pool. Breakfast was good as well. Very clean from the moment you walk in the doors to the inside. Only problem I had there was a power outage in our area that left us without power for a while, which I know wasn’t there fault but during the power outage they gave someone else our room key code and ppl just walked in to our room which I felt unsafe with it having my kids in the room. For someone to just walk in like that and no management ever came to apologize.

It was a good place to stay for the short amount of time I was there
