Staff was friendly. The room was clean and up to date.

For breakfast was sorprise because every hotel the breakfast was include. This one I paid.

This hotel is nothing like it appears in the photos they post; it is in very poor condition and the smell is horrible. We had to ask to change rooms. Given the state of the facilities in general including a burnt smell and elevators that were a disaster I do not recommend it at all.

Shuttle never came to airport for pick up. We were told it would be there every 30 minutes. After 1 1/2 hr wait we ended up taking a shuttle from a different hotel who felt sorry for us. He drove by us 3xs and picked us up the 3rd time. Hotel said we just didn't see the shuttle, not true. There was another couple who was there before us and they didn't "see" it either.

Every time I travel to Atlanta for business I stay at this hotel this time it was no hot water then it was no water at all. I came back later and my room was not ready because the hotel couldn’t get their boiler fixed until Tuesday No hot water

Nothing There are extra charges for just about everything smells like cannabis bed are smaller than queen pullout is disgusting completely stained

Power went out during storm

The property was unsafe and failed legal emergency lighting standards and also had locked stairwells

The lights went out most the night couldn’t go to one of my events because I couldn’tready non refundable event lights didn’t come back on till late night

The hotel posted free parking then they didnt have free parking so you pay for parking only to find out the parking lot is a junk yard with no parking. The hotel all over is filthy then they don't want to clean your room. Just an overall terrible experience, don't make this mistake that I did.
