Extended Stay America Premier Suites Providence E Providence

Clean. Lots parking of space I have no complaints

We were a bit upset with the room setting for the price we paid. We scheduled for a studio with queen bed, but because we had a pet we were placed in a (supposedly pet friendly room) that was somewhat uninviting. No couch, an uncomfortable bed and a recliner which is really not pet friendly, especially if your pet is in an unfamiliar environment. If they crawl under it to hide and someone doesn't know the cat is under it, they can get seriously injured. (not very well thought through on that idea). A small box couch would be more accommodating so you can relax with your pet. The shower floor could have been a little cleaner and the handles on all the drawers in the kitchen should be wiped down. I do housekeeping for a living and I was a bit disappointed with some of areas that should be clean and sanitized. Other than that the stay was quiet and got us through the storm, as we were traveling. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we asked for kitchenware and very helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend Extended Stay, but there are a few areas that really need to be addressed. Thank you!

Perfectly reasonable place if you need to be in the area

Exceptional

Visited for an overnight stay in Providence and was happy with the clean room and full size fridge in the room. Would come back next time I’m in the area.

.

Good

Everything but minimal that you need. Clean, quiet, get your meals though or chips there isn’t much to choose from the vending machines

Great staff, great location

H room was completely broken, the single was draining extremely slow. And you need to get plates and other stuff from the front desk! Never staying there again!

It was quiet me and friend was still able to pre game before a night of partying in Providence without disturbing any neighbors and with peace. I had a great time.

Pleasant

GREAT STAFF. CLEAN FACILITIES!

Clean room , helpful staff and friendly.

Parking and amenities great. Bed clean and comfortable. A little something for breakfast was nice touch— coffee, yogurt, boiled egg in particular for me.

Unfortunately, due to a death in our family, we had no choice but to stay for the remainder of our trip. The advertised “breakfast included” was also very disappointing—just one table with a few chairs, pastries, coffee, and yogurt. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were very helpful and polite.

meet expectations. satisfied.

I’m impressed! Large room and clean!

The first room was super dirty, everything was damp we couldn’t even sleep with the bed sheets. Hair on the towels, sheets, and bathtub. Got moved looked completely different then we realized just as dirty, bugs, no peephole cover
