The price was the best around for the days we came and we did like the one room suite It was very dated, the tub was not clean it had a dirt ring around it, and it doesn’t appear it was vacuumed well because there was plastic from a bottle and a bottle cap on the bedroom floor that wasn’t from us, so kinda made us wonder what else was not done and very strong smoke odor not sure from previous guests or adjoins rooms but was very strong and it was a non smoking room

The entire place was amazing. Staff are very personable and the food in the bar/restaurant was absolutely phenomenal. The biscuits were OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!!!! The bar was very good as well, very accommodating and the bartenders are amazing!!!!

Handicap paring next to my room that was good. Place dirty, old , missing so much in terms of furniture. It’s as if when things broke they were never replaced. Table lamps not working. Heat only at night despite cold rainy weather. Horrible and I must remember to never book there again since I go to RI twice a year. It’s impossible to get a decent cheap room these days in chains that used to be quite reputable, clean and efficient. That’s no longer true of this hotel but most others that are reasonably priced ($150 or less per night). Now all chains are like Motel 6 used to be. Why that is the case I don’t know except a lot of these chains seem to house the homeless populations on long term bases and perhaps Management thinks “they don’t deserve well functioning, clean, in good repair, rooms”. That translates to anyone who stays here doesn’t deserve the best that we can offer. If it’s run down, dirty and cheap—what you see is what you get !! If you the visitor want better then pay more!!! That’s where the world is these days not just this motel. That’s so across the board. Sad sad sad that this is all we can leave our progeny if we are not millionaires or billionaires!!!!

Clean, old hotel. Reasonable for price. Arrived at 2:48pm & asked to return at 3pm to check in. It then took about 20 minutes to check in! Lots of interesting smells in hallway.

The lobby area and conference areas are nice. However the room was horribly in need of an update. The AC didn't work and we had to open the window to get any air. The shower was nice. Hardly any outlets in room. None of the lamps were plugged in. 1 was broken and 2 just didnt have outlet near by. 4 floors but can only use elevator if on 4. 2 and 3 are made to use stairs

Located in a busy area The staff were rude, the hotel is dirty and in disrepair. The restaurant for breakfast was closed at 9:30 in the morning. No smoke detectors, outlet covers missing. Toilets not working properly.

The hotel staff were almost not reachable unless you went to the desk and waited 10 mins for someone to appear

Smells really bad

It's ok for a one or two night stay. Hotel is very old and run down. The guy at the front desk was pleasant. The bed sheets were stained but the front desk quickly got someone to change them on the spot, we didn't have to wait. The couch was very old, not inviting but the bathroom was very clean and well kept.

The bed was very comfortable The breakfast was very bad Cold eggs coffee tasted burnt

Everything else. Also, there is no free breakfast...as advertised.
