Breakfast, clean room, great staff

Enjoyed the stay but there was a weird smell in the hallway (not bad just a Lil off) other then that was really nice and breakfast was surprisingly really good

The room was clean, the breakfast was ok, the staffing was ok.. Priced about right for an old property with one working elevator.

Great location near shopping center Sofa bed super uncomfortable

My shower didn't work in my room. They charge $100 that is returned 5-7 business days.

Wonderful stay

The place was very nice. Very clean. All the staff was super nice and helpful. I would give it 5 stars but the elevator was broken on one side, but it was fine as the other one wasn't far. The breakfast was great. The attendants were so nice. The pool was great. All around great experience.

Our room had mold on the walls vents and bathroom. You can tell they tried cheap fixes to cover it and the room has serious humidity issues. Floors were dirty and ripping apart. If I wasn’t so tired I’d ask for my money back. Wouldn’t stay there again. Didn’t complain to staff because it’s irresponsible on their part not to inspect their rooms regularly for things that can put their guest health at risk. My husband could barely breathe in the room. Half w wonky had a two night stay.

The pool was dirty & small. Maybe a good 4-5 families at the most could be in at one time. I also had reserved this hotel so I could pay it later. Which they offered. The day of checking I got an email that my room was going to be canceled if I don’t pay. I called & the lady said they overbooked so if I didn’t pay then they would have to give my room to someone else. I told her that I reserved with them specifically because they offered the reserve now pay at hotel option. It was a hassle but at the end we did have our room! Customer service could be better. Hotel itself is clean

Exceptional

The room exceeded my expectations. It was a nice room to stay at. The pillows weren’t comfortable

Breakfast was great! The room on the other hand was nasty. The carpet was torn up and the tiles in the bathroom where very loose when you walked on them. Poor water pressure. Also there was a big grease spot from someone’s head on the head board. Was not happy with the room whatsoever

Everyone was courteous and kind. Nice clean rooms. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoy it. Just one small detail the shower curtain rod in our room 359 was not properly installed and we had problems keeping the curtain closed on both side.

For the price of the stay and just the basic breakfast, it was good. It did have its little tiny scratches here and there. Another good thing about it, is it had small kitchen area so we can make are own simple foods. Didn't have a chance to go swimming but the pool area was nice. The staff, housekeeping and the lady setting the breakfast area were very nice and professional. Would definitely come again and stay.

We were 2 only one set of utensils to eat with the sight said no fee for pets but we ended up paying $25 a night. Did not feel very welcomed by the staff. Trash was not emptied the whole time we were there in the room. Will not ever stay at this place again
