Clean

The room was very nice and clean but a couple of lights were not working and one of them was actually hanging out of the ceiling. Those are are minor cosmetic items and overall my stay was nice. Great location for business trips and near many different restaurants.

Clean facility. Friendly staff. No pool. Didn't see it.
-
Great looking hotel. Pool table and games in the lobby. New hotel. Right near restaurants
-
Water pressure to the room was terrible barely any pressure had to flush the toilet 3 times for it to flush. Couldn’t enjoy the shower barely any water coming out

Everything was perfect! Whole hotel was spotless! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a young man working the front desk, I think his name was Angel. Super sweet and well mannered and got us checked in quickly. Our room was so clean, comfortable and AC was super cold! In the morning at check out the lady at front desk was nice and friendly. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

It was clean. Up to date air conditioner. No noise and could keep the room cool. My parents were with me and they are getting in age. We were really glad there was a walk in shower. The pillows were a little flat and the shower floor was a bit slippery.

Room was clean and staff acvomodating. I like the walk-in shower. breakfast was good.

It was clean. Convenient location. Staff (I’m guessing because of the generation) not really motivated for customer service. Sitting off to the side of the lobby on phones as guest are arriving. Not only us but I witnessed it multiple times coming and going from the hotel. Just not motivated.

Clean and good location. The staff that we experienced was not particularly motivated. Sitting on the side of the lobby on the phone where arriving guest were unable to see upon arrival.

The rooms were too small and there was no swimming pool to enjoy my vacation

The daytime desk clerk was on her personal cellphone round the clock. And I mean it. It rang and she practically would run to it. Not a cheerful demeanor either. Customer service is the forefront of any business establishment.

Can’t really tell. It seems nice from the outside. I tried to check in around 3 AM on Saturday, but I had accidentally booked the wrong date, so I had to get a new room at check-in. Keep in mind the time… I got my room keys, went upstairs, opened the door, and there was a whole family inside. Kids, a woman, and someone showering. At 3 AM. I had literally walked into someone else’s room. The front desk, Amanda, told me the system was down for some reason, but honestly, that is completely unacceptable. I didn’t even use my original reservation, yet they still refused to refund me. Needless to say, I would never stay here again. If you’re staying here, make sure you knock before opening your room door… otherwise, you might have some unexpected roommates. ?
