Quality Inn Elgin I-90

A quick getaway for me and my partner for a night to spend time together

Very clean room. Ice machines were broken though

packed our bags and left.

Nothing worked and you paid Full price

El aire acondicionado estaba sucio

Breakfast and location ok some problems, Low shower flow. Security latch on door broken off. Ice maker out of order. Toilet keeps running slowly. Noisy bathroom fan. Lamp crooked on desk.

I can't believe the breakfast, also the vending machine was very reasonable.I will be going back I strongly recommend this hotel ?

Location Place needs deep cleaning in hallway and room need looked into For repair in shower soap holder

Cheap and convenient, good choice if you need somewhere to stay fast it could’ve been more clean but again cheap so your paying for what you get Cleanliness

Price and the location . There breakfast was amazing Our towels were dirty before we even used them. The morning staff is very rude and unprofessional. Every time we left our room we had to get the key reset to the door. I woke up With a big swollen eye and we don’t know why.

Staff was excellent and did a great job keeping things in the room clean and being welcoming. They went above and beyond, especially considering the facilities. The place is falling apart. The floorboards in the room were coming apart, the rolling chair seat had given out. The hallway smelled and showed signs of damage everywhere. Room door needed several attempts to close all the way.

Get Apple Pay

When I arrived it was nothing I expected. It looked run down. The room the lamps were broken and the window was broken. I took pictures. I stayed one night because I felt I paid all this money and had to put up with this. I did not feel safe in that hotel. I tried but found a cockaroach that was the last straw I had to find another hotel. I would like a refund for the days I did not stay there. I would not recommend anyone to this hotel.

You better waste the carpets will be a little bit cleaner

The flooring in the room was not good, the sink had a crack but water flow was fine. Spring bed not a great comfort but adjustable if for a night. Front staff was polite. Breakfast was decent

Stains all over bedding and towels.

the wifi was good on my phone but not on my xbox, i could not connect to it on my xbox to watch netflix or youtube which is the main reason i bring it with me on the road. there were earwigs in my room the last 2 nights i stayed and that's when i noticed them so they must have been there prior but with me not being in my room a lot besides to shower and sleep i didnt see them until the few nights i was up late

Not bad at ask, will stay here again if come back to this area.

Very nice

The toilet ran all night and the door safety dead bolt didn't latch properly
