Super 8 by Wyndham Elgin

Staff was spraying odor. Neutralizer saw me in the hallway and continue spraying as they walked past me. Had to wait around for 15 to 20 minutes at the desk for someone to check us in.

Location was good. It was right off the interstate exit. Variety of restaurants in close proximity. Staff was not very friendly. Establishment was rundown. Our room smelled very strongly of what I believe to be cigarette smoke. Since it is now a non-smoking facility. I believe it came from the carpet which appeared very old and dirty.

Bad

Given this situation, I request a full refund for the booking and ask that I am not charged any cancellation fees. Additionally, I request reimbursement for the extra transport costs incurred due to this issue.

Very clean and convenient I called 2 to get a receipt and still haven’t gotten one to submit for my expense report

Very good

Location is good with local restaurants and shops The premises are old and tired in appearance. We killed a beetle in the bathroom on arrival. The room had a faint smell of body odour The room had skirting hanging off the wall, bathroom fittings badly repaired.

They did not give me a room. Said it was overbooked and they can’t help me.

Location.

Nothing service badd️, Breakfast Everything

Good location.

It was clean and staff was friendly.

Exceptional

Check in, problems between Expedia and the hotel.

Exceptional

Everything Breakfast at 6:00 would be better, especially for people who have to get up earlier and get to their destination.

The rooms were supposedly non smoking but it smells like smoke. It was terrible.
