Decent place no complaints

Hotel was really nice. Room got really warm at night and there’s no way to override the AC unit. Other than that, everything was great!

I had reserved and paid for the two-queen room well in advance of our stay. The cost for the room was over $400 a night so it's not like we reserved an economy room. When we arrived on the afternoon of our arrival date, we were told the hotel had sold our room and there were no queen rooms available. I don't understand how the hotel can let that happen. The king-room we were given was an older room. There were spiders in the bathroom. There was a smell in the room when the air shut off. The one saving grace was that the breakfast food was great.

We have stayed there many times when visiting relatives in Mass and Connecticut. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Everything fine just the walls are not soundproof at all, you hear people in the Nextdoor room taking showers and flashing toilet

Very friendly staff, very nice breakfast. The bed was just ok. The pillows were awful, need replacing. The linens, in general, needed some updating. Otherwise, clean and a very convenient area. I would stay again.

The hotel was clean, the pool area was clean and well stocked with towels. I swam on Sunday morning and had the pool to myself. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. The air conditioner in the room was loud but I let the hotel know. I was able to sleep through it but needed closed captioning to watch television.

Easy to get in and out. Ample parking. Restaurants nearby and walking distance.

It was clean. Staff was nice. The hot tub was down. The pool could have been a little warmer. The iron in the room leaked all over my suit jacket. Housekeeping brought another one but it didn't really work either.

Convenient location and clean!

Hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us bottles of water as we were checking in and recommended some good pizza places that would deliver. The pool and hot was open until 10:00. After a full day at Six Flags we drank our water, ordered pizza and soaked our tired legs in the hot tub. Perfect place to stay paired with a day at the park.

Exceptional

Check in was quick and easy, everything was really great the pool, hot tub, breakfast. All good! The ONLY minor complaint is I was on the 4th floor and had to keep going downstairs to microwave different food, they could have one in the rooms but not a huge deal.
