Red Roof Inn Enfield

Superb

Very good

Bad

Very clean and inviting Did not have any problems

Exceptional

Value Really tiny bathroom and room was a little noisy. It sounds like running water.

Passable

I booked a king size bed and paid online when I arrived they told me they only had a room with two beds . I get to the room and the phone doesn’t even work in the room I informed the front desk he said half the rooms phones don’t work I replied I need a working phone he said he’s too busy and hung up I call back again he hung up on me again . The smoke Detector was hanging from the wall not even connected. This was the worse red roof inn I ever reserved. Not to mention the room was $206 for one night . They should have elevating working and better customer service especially when they didn’t even have the room I paid for prior

Only concern was our key card didn’t work a couple times but the staff was helpful

Good

Nothing Comforter had stains all over it . Room smelled of harsh bleach tub has dirt stains . Gum wrappers stuffed in back of headboard towels are thin and useless. Never made aware on night before phone call early check in would cost extra and no knowledge of a deposit on the room.We traveled with another party they rented room similar issues. Loud music playing near by late into the hours outside or another room

Nothing Room had a cracked sink and a dirt stained tub and the sheets had stains on them... I was told a certin amount when it was booked and was charged more at check in

We stayed only to sleep and shower- was fine for that.

Good price for a very quick stay, clean

Good

The staff was excellent alot of shops nearby

Did not receive my deposit back as promised, my stay was okay though.

Very quite

Very nice and pleasant staff. Helpful and not rude at all as I’ve experienced in other hotel/ motels.
