Just what we needed for our trip.

Very nice hotel - outstanding value for money close to many amenities in the town. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very busy with large groups on the two mornings we attended. Not a big variety on the cooked breakfast element although quality was good. However, the waffle mix quality was not so good making it quite challenging to make a decent quality waffle.

We stayed one night. Needed some help from the front desk on something we had messed up and they were more than accommodating. We travel often for work and leisure and this hotel is one we would certainly repeat!

Very convenient location. Were unable to shower because of too little pressure coming through showerhead.

The size of the room was fantastic. However the room was never cleaned at all even though we were gone all day. Breakfast was decent.

During breakfast we received a great service from Earl. He took the time to explain the options of food. The use of disposable tableware during breakfast.

From check in to check out, it was perfect! The staff was amazing!! The pool was refreshing and the hours were appreciated! Breakfast was delicious and the hours were great! (Allowing for some sleeping in!) Thank you for a wonderful weekend! We will definitely return next summer!

Nice variety for breakfast. Clean rooms and lobby well kept. Have a better variety of coffee besides bold only including their decafe. Not everyone loves strong bitter coffee, mild or even breakfast blends would be better

Easy check-in. Friendly staff- Paul was very nice and helpful. Room big and clean. Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel. Had basics, fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes. Location good- right by mall, close to downtown Erie, and close to both 79 and 90z.

Room was okay, but wasn't according to description while booking on expedia. It said multiple beds suite, but we got only 1 king bed and sofa bed. Despite showing this to staff they said its expedia mistake. Pool was so crowded, very few chairs to put your stuff also no pool towels available when we went there.
