There was not an area in front of the main door to easily unload the car. We had to park the car to be able to unload. Also, we called ahead to ask if they could make up the sofa bed for us and they didn't do it.

The room was clean, modern and appointed very nicely. The carpet in the high traffic common areas was a little dirty but the staff was very friendly. Would stay again

Clean room, everything matched description. One elevator was broken down, but there was another one working. Complimentary hot coffee and tea available all day. Breakfast selection was varied enough, with eggs and a protein for warm option, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, available every day. They do room cleaning every other day, which really only consists of taking out the trash, restocking toiletries, and changing towels, but that was fine for us because we stayed for a few days only. Many shopping options at a walking distance, and a bus stop at the mall next to the hotel that facilitates transportation.

This property was great! Great location, great breakfast and the room was a home away from home! Highly recommend!

Decent selection of breakfast items. Got very crowded on Saturday morning. Had to sit outside on the patio.

Clean!
-
No mirrors in the bedrooms

I didn't likr the fact that I had to go to front desk to get flavored coffee creamer. If your worried about theft, use the large pump dispensers like Hilton.
